WELCOME TO the Apple Valley LEgion Post 1776
Veterans. Defense. Youth. Americanism. Communities.
Built on a promise from men and women who swore with their lives to defend and protect the United States.
Built on a promise from men and women who swore with their lives to defend and protect the United States.
We are deep in the Military Tradition and honor those who have served and are serving our great nation. We make no apologies or excuses for our patriotism and service as all of our members, at one time in their lives, have solemnly sworn to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic, war-time veterans organization, devoted to mutual helpfulness.
It is a not-for-profit community service organization with nearly 3 million members, men and women, in nearly 15,000 American Legion posts worldwide.
The Apple Valley Post continues this tradition of service with over a thousand members volunteering our time and money for veteran issues, youth activities, and community enrichment.
